MediHop arranges reliable, door-to-door ground transportation for workers’ compensation claimants. We ensure timely pick-up and delivery to medical appointments, and provide onward transport to the claimant’s final destination when needed.

Scheduled pick-up windows aligned with appointment times to avoid delays.
Door-to-door assistance from the claimant’s residence to the medical facility entrance and from the facility to the claimant’s next destination.
Coordination with case managers, medical offices, and employers to confirm appointment details and any special needs.
Support for mobility needs, including ambulatory assistance, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and safe loading/unloading procedures.
Real-time communication and notifications for pick-up and drop-off status.
MediHop prioritizes safety, punctuality, and dignity, ensuring claimants arrive prepared for their appointments and reach their final destination comfortably and on time.
We will arrange accommodation at an insurance-preferred hotel or select a location close to the medical appointment.
If the insurer has preferred hotels, we will book at one of those properties.
If there is no preferred option or you prefer a different choice, we will select a nearby hotel or lodging within a short distance of the appointment to minimize travel time and ensure timely arrival.
We consider accessibility needs, special medical requirements, and room amenities when selecting accommodations.
You will receive confirmation details including hotel name, address, check-in/check-out times, and any reservation numbers prior to travel.
If specific accommodations are needed (e.g., accessible room, ground-floor room, refrigerator, late check-in), please let us know and we will handle the arrangements.
When the claimant now resides out of state, we will arrange air transportation from their new residence and provide ground transportation upon arrival at their destination.

MediHop does not own, operate, or control transportation vehicles and is not a motor carrier, common carrier, contract carrier, taxi service, limousine service, ambulance service, or transportation network company as defined under the New Mexico Motor Carrier Act (NMSA 1978, Chapter 65) or any applicable federal regulation. All transportation services are performed by independent third-party motor carriers that are duly licensed, permitted, and insured under applicable New Mexico and federal law. Such carriers are solely responsible for the operation of their vehicles, driver conduct, passenger safety, regulatory compliance, and insurance coverage. MediHop’s role is limited to coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating transportation and related logistical arrangements on behalf of clients. MediHop does not provide medical care, clinical services, or emergency medical services, and does not guarantee the availability, performance, timeliness, or suitability of any third-party carrier. To the fullest extent permitted under New Mexico law, MediHop Transport LLC disclaims liability for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, service interruptions, accidents, injuries, property damage, or other claims arising from or related to services provided by independent third-party carriers.
